Full commercial kitchen including barista-made coffee custom built on the back of a Renault master cab chassis, able to be self-sufficient and travel anywhere.

Real food, not rabbit food made with love, served by our friendly team in a timely manner.

  • How long have you been in the food industry? I am 19 years old.
  • Your favorite event so far? Beef Australia in Rockhampton is always a big week but exciting to be part of a national industry meet. Locally we love the kite festival that PUFT do at Pallarenda and our usual Breakfast service every Sunday at the Pallarenda playground car park
  • What have you got for the public in 2023? Anything exciting? We are traveling a little more this year on occasional weekends, and looking to make more local sporting connections to serve sporting communities on weekends. Our menu will have a few different changes throughout the year to suit specific events.
  • What's your food vision? To teach people to make better food choices one meal at a time. Less packaged, more fresh food and to support locals wherever we can and have locals support us.
