Meet Justin from Mangiamo

We are a small family-owned Italian Food Truck. The name of our business, Mangiamo - translates to “Let’s eat” in Italian. 

Our Italian food truck caters for private parties, engagement parties, weddings and corporate events. We also love attending pop-up public events when not doing private catering. 

We sell a range of Italian food consisting of pasta, arancini, canapés, desserts and sauces. All of which are homemade.

• How long have you been in the food industry? I have been a chef for 20 years. 

• Explain the making of your food site. Cooking Italian food has always been a passion of mine. I love the flavors and freshness of Italian food. I wanted to work for myself and decided that opening a food truck would be the best idea. Having a food truck gives us the ability to go to different locations and cater for a wide variety of events.

• Your favorite event so far? Catering for weddings over the years has been some of the best moments for us. Helping couples celebrate their special day is always a beautiful moment. 

• What have you got for the public in 2023? Anything exciting? 2023 will see Mangiamo food trucks attending PUFT events & TSV eats events. We are trying to get out to more rural events. And we still have a few availability and dates available for private catering.
• What's your food vision? There is something nostalgic about food, a simple whiff can bring back memories so vivid you can taste them. The TASTE of NOSTALGIA is why we love to cook.
