For the last 8 years, we have developed and grown in the Pop-up food delivery area.

Our chefs have been trained in Melbourne with high-profile paella producers. Paella is a product that takes time to produce

Using quality products, locally sourced, our chorizo is made from the freshest products. Fresh black sweet lip mussels, calamari and chicken and vegetables are the perfect blend with our saffron-based spices. Our base rice is imported from Spain, Calasparra from the Murcia region. Our meals are served with a slice of lemon, of course, a sprinkle of fresh parsley with an Aussie option of fresh chilie.

Our favorite events have been Friday Night Eats in the CBD and Eco Festival and monthly visits to the Strand Markets

We pride ourselves on delivering fast service servicing. In excess of 200 meals per hour.

Spanish Paella is such a traditional dish from the Mediterranean, we are pleased to be able to offer this product in a fun, fresh environment

Spiral Spud was born in Townsville 6 months prior to COVID-19.  Lousy timing. But this gave us the time to develop our product

Operating from a new food truck designed especially for spuds, we have developed into a real crowd favorite.

We require a special potato, a particular size and washed. Our market buyers have hit the right note by supplying us with a fabulous potato fresh from the paddocks for each event. Each potato is crafted in a way that makes the cooking process even. We only use cottonseed oil for cooking and it delivers a great product

Favorite events include just about every Pop Up food truck event, our sites in Qld Country Bank Stadium, Townsville Eats and the Stand Markets
